Utah Works provides short-term training for companies needing to hire employees quickly. Industry partners design the program, and they select which courses and training are required. Then, partnering with the Utah System of Higher Education, Talent Ready Utah provides training to fill those in-demand positions.
Companies and institutions apply for funding jointly. If your company’s interested, please get in touch with Jimmy McDonough at jimmy.mcdonough@ushe.edu.
