Healthcare Targeted Workforce Development and Computer Science Targeted Workforce Development

For the upcoming 2024 fiscal year, the Utah Legislature appropriated $4.5M in ongoing funding to the Healthcare Targeted Workforce Development and Computer Science Targeted Workforce Development initiatives to develop new programs and expand existing programs in targeted occupations that show regional demand.

 
Eligibility
  • The primary applicant must be a degree-granting institution or technical college within the system of higher education and according to Utah legislative code 53B-1-102.
  • The application must include a partnership between at least one participating employer and degree-granting institution or technical college within the system of higher education and according to Utah legislative code 53B-1-102.
